Welcome to the grand finale of „Prismala & Friends“, a 3-show concert series that celebrates music and community. After two magical shows with Belgium’s dreamy Iskander Moon in March and Stuttgart’s stunning Jiska in May, the series is set to finish with a big bang on Sunday, 17 November 2024. A true celebration of musicianship and friendship awaits as Prismala will be joined by many talented friends on stage.

Prismala & Friends presents… Carls8erg, Colin Lloyd, Max Buskohl, Pilgrim and Ruby.

Completing the residency of three shows at Berlin’s infamous Badehaus, your hosts of the evening, Prismala, are beyond excited to welcome not one, not two, but five dear friends on stage. A colourful mix of genres, languages, styles, and vibes – a line-up as colourful as the concept behind Prismala. Kicking off the “German-singing” section we have CARLS8ERG, who met the boys 2023 at a show in Eberswalde. Carla’s danceable songs about heartbreaks, emotions, fears and dreams have gone on to make her one of those exciting Berlin underground gems, who’s fantastic voice everyone ought to discover at some point. Next up from Berlin we have RUBY.

Smooth as they come, Ruby blends R&B rhythms with heartfelt German lyrics, usually singing from behind his piano. Dance, R&B, what could be missing? Easy! Bringing the “heavy metal” (literally) we have COLIN LLOYD – trombonist extraordinaire from Ottawa, Canada. Having featured on Prismala’s song “Miss Interpretation”, Colin undoubtedly ranks among Berlin’s finest brass players, blending his jazz roots with a passion for electronic music. You think it can’t get any better?! Wrong, because Prismala will also be joined by MAX BUSKOHL, a force of the German music scene, who has dazzled audiences across Europe and Australia, sharing stages with legends like Bono and Ringo while blazing his own trail as a solo artist with his powerful voice. Last but not least we have the stunning PILGRIM, long-term friend and collaborator of Prismala, whose captivating vocals and intimate arrangements leave no doubt that she is one of Berlin’s most exciting and promising artists on the rise.

Prismala & Friends 3 closes out an exciting year for Prismala, which saw the band release three singles so far, each achieving a breakthrough in their own right. From premiering on renowned German radio station radioeins (The King) or earning spots on major Spotify playlists (Meditations & Stella), the releases stand as a testament to the quartet’s ability to write catchy and engaging songs. But Prismala is more than just their music; they’re about community and connection. Prismala & Friends 3 aims to celebrate this in glorious fashion, showcasing unique live collaborations with five other artists that are as much about shared moments as they are about sound.
