Get ready for a night full of heavy grooves from batucada and samba to jazz, afrobeat, hip hop and beyond!

We’re excited to invite you to the first instalment of ‚Shades Of Oshu‘, a new monthly party series focusing on showcasing artists representing the diverse sounds of the Berlin music scene, creating a platform for experimentation and spontaneous sonic explorations.

We dedicate the first night to the sounds of Brazil, inviting Aduni (vocals and percussion), Paulo Cedraz (saxophone, flute and percussion), Biano Lima aka K’boko (DJ set, percussion) and Anna Leevia (DJ set) joining the house band Àbáse (keys, percussion), Andras Koroknay aka Sunma (bass) and Ziggy Zeitgeist (drums).

Oshu Records is the latest endeavour of Szabolcs Bognar aka Àbáse. With his Brazilian album „Laroyê“ being the debut release in early November 2021, Oshu Records is set to represent emerging young artists with an authentic sound fused with a global approach, always „on a quest for global grooves of unity“.
