Who We Are:
Badehaus is a concert and party venue located in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Since opening in 2011, we’ve hosted artists and bands from all over the world, spanning nearly every genre imaginable—Japanese psychedelic blues, Kazakh hip-hop, indie, classical jazz, Afro-house, heavy metal, electronic pop, punk, and world music.

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional sound quality for our artists and guests, as well as a unique venue full of lovingly crafted artistic details that create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere. We’re also incredibly proud of our amazing team, especially our friendly bar staff, who defy the stereotypical Berlin reputation for unfriendliness.

Booker/Promoter with experience in party booking / part-time

Badehaus is a cultural venue in the heart of the RAW area in Friedrichshain and has been a hotspot for local and international artists since 2011. With a plethora of carefully curated events, we proudly welcome a very diverse audience.
Berlin is known for its diversity and Badehaus can rightly claim to make a big contribution to this. Whether blues, indie, hip-hop, jazz, afro-house, heavy metal, pop, punk or reggae – all music lovers are welcome here.

For our small booking & promotion team we are looking for a part-time booker/promoter (f/m/d) from September 2023. We organize our own shows/parties, but we mainly work with external promoters from Berlin and beyond.

In Booking & Promotion you select the artists and promoters for our concerts and parties and communicate reliably with local and international organizers and partners. You are also responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of events and schedule the announcements. Your focus will be on your experience with party booking.

Your tasks would include:

• Selection of inquiries and date coordination with external promoters
• Selection of artists for our own concerts and parties
• Conception and booking of party formats
• Availability coordination as well as creation and sending of offers
• Monitoring of budgets and calculation of fees
• Coordination of the show preparation with the artists and the house team (bar, technicians)
• Planning, implementation and follow-up of events
• Scheduling and implementation of announcements
• Coordination and implementation of promotional activities with artists
• Coordination of production
• Advancing and coordination of tech and hospitality riders

What you bring:

• Experience in booking (concert booking / party booking)
• You are familiar with the structures and processes customary in the industry and have contacts with local organizers and artists
• You are an organizational talent and can always keep track of a large number of events
• Communication is your forte
• You work independently and in a structured manner and show initiative
• You are immensely fond of music, know your way around the world of music and have a feel for trends as well as various target groups and scenes
• You are a team player and you are flexible
• You have very good MS Office skills
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken (German is a big plus!)
• You enjoy working in a culturally and gender diverse team

Bar-Management (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
Du kümmerst dich eigenverantwortlich um alles rund um unsere Bar, das Barpersonal und die Veranstaltungsdurchführung im Badehaus. Dabei arbeitest du vor allem tagsüber in unserem Büro, aber auch abends während unserer Veranstaltungen bist du regelmäßig vor Ort. Mindestens einmal pro Woche übernimmst du dabei selbst das Nightmanagement während einer unserer Veranstaltungen.

Du stehst im engen Kontakt mit unserem Booking-Team sowie unserer Buchhaltung. Folgende Aufgaben gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich:

• Erstellung von Schichtplänen (Einlass, Bar, Security, Reinigungskraft, usw)
• Veranstaltungsvorbereitung
• Kontrolle der Barumsätze
• Koordination der Baraufgaben (Preisgestaltung / Bar-Inventur / Einkauf)
• Getränke-Verträge / Sponsoring
• Vorstellungsgespräche, Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Kolleginnen
• Personal-Meetings vorbereiten und moderieren

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:
Du solltest bereits Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Barmanagement sowie Personalführung gesammelt haben. Wir freuen uns über gute Excel-Kenntnisse, ein Gespür für Diplomatie und eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Livemusik.

We are currently looking for:

TikTok Content Creator (m/w/d)

We are looking for a creative and reliable person to join our team starting April 2026 as TikTok Content creator. This is a paid position (either freelance or on contract), around 10 to12 hours per week. The role is event-based. Working nights and weekends is not optional, it’s part of the core of the job.

About the Role
Your main mission is to shape and grow our TikTok presence. You will translate the energy of our concerts and club nights into authentic, engaging short-form content that reflects the identity of Badehaus. You will actively contribute ideas, formats and recurring concepts to build a strong and recognisable TikTok voice for the venue.

Your Responsibilities
– Be present at concerts and club nights to capture video and photo material (including late-night and weekend shifts)
– Develop and execute your own content ideas, series and recurring formats that reflect the identity of Badehaus
– Edit video and image material for TikTok 
– Maintain a consistent posting rhythm to support sustainable growth and visibility on TikTok
– Join our bi-weekly content planning meetings and collaborate closely with booking and management

Your Profile

– You genuinely care about live music, nightlife and subculture
– Availability to work on weekends and during the night
– You feel comfortable navigating very different crowds and energy levels 
– You know how to read the room and blend in naturally without disrupting the atmosphere
– You are confident approaching guests, artists and crews to create authentic moments
– You are confident both on camera and behind the camera
– You think strategically about social media and understand TikTok trends, formats and algorithm logic
– You are proactive, creative and self-organised
– You have experience creating content for TikTok and have knowledge on it’s algorithm
– German skills are a plus
